My Entry for the Crash Micro Action Compo 4

Criteria - game has to be written in BASIC and based on a sample piece of code supplied in that issue.  This however had a couple of small machine code routines to improve the screen moving section.

Idea of game

As a under paid and overworked employee of Greasy Dans American Cafe

it is you job today to make the burgers.

You are working the day shift from 9am to 5pm.   

As an order comes in, simply re-create the burger as shown using the items

available at the top of the screen associated with the keys 1 through to 4

Use keys 9 and 0 to align the selected item with the burger base.

As your boss only likes to pay minimum wage, and as the American mentality goes

you must try to do you best to enhance your tips to bring up your wages.

If you have a perfect day, you can nearly make a whole $10 !!

For each item you place in the burger stack, you will get $0.10 

If you build a burger and its incorrect, you will get a complaint and be docked $1

If you drop any items whilst building the burger stack, you will be docked the 

appropriate cost of the dropped item.

Try to stack the burger vertically for best tips - any off centre items will 

displease the diner and will be evident in the tip received.

There are some and tricks to enhance your tips received but I will let you work those our for yourselves.

My best results so far are table 7 and final wage of $9.20

v1b has a couple of bugs ironed out that were identified and fixed after the deadline.

So lesson learnt - always let your 7 year old play test your games as after having play

tested the game to the Nth degree thinking I had squashed all bugs, it turns out I hadn't!
