V101 release - fixed extra life bug and cspect emulation

Discovered that the extra life routine, although working, was not showing the extra base graphic at the bottom once you reached 1500 points.  This has now been rectified.   

Also learnt that the game doesnt work under CSpect/NextOS emulation (but does under direct CSpect running).  To assist those who wish to play under CSpect, I have recombines the zip to incorporate a structure and a batch file executable which can be placed under your standard CSpect root folder.  You can then run the game using the batch file in the sub folder, which will initiate cspect without the NextOs, and should now be playable.

It is also recompiled in the latest v200beta10 release of the boriel compiler.
